Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, resources purchased on ANXHORA are delivered instantly via secure download links and saved directly to your digital library. Because these assets are immediately available upon purchase, we maintain a strict **No Refunds** policy for all successful downloads.

1. Why Digital Goods Are Non-Refundable

Unlike physical products, downloadable items (PDF ebooks, prompt libraries, workflow blueprints, code templates) cannot be returned. Once a download link has been clicked or the resource is delivered to your user dashboard, the transaction is considered final.

2. Exceptions and Case Reviews

We want to ensure a fair and premium experience for our digital architects. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same resource multiple times under the same account, we will refund the duplicate transaction(s).
• Technical Access Failure: If you do not receive access to the resource and our database fails to generate signed download links, and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours of email notification.
• Unopened Packages: If you have purchased a resource but have **not** clicked the download button or accessed the private files, and the request is made within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Requesting a Review

To request a review of your transaction, please email support@anxhora.shop with:

• Your registered email address
• Transaction ID or Receipt Number
• Details of the duplicate purchase or technical failure

We aim to investigate all requests and respond within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
